Dave Silipigno is a philanthropist who is passionate about helping the needy children. He founded the David B. Silipigno foundation which provides support to the underprivileged children in Saratoga County. In addition to this, the foundation supports other community based foundations which are working for the welfare of children and betterment of the society. He took part in various community events such as PAWS For A Cause, LARKfest, Albany Tulip Festival, The FUTURES Tour and The Northeast Family Chocolate Festival. He donated $775,000 to the Albany Academy for Girls and $40,000 to sponsor disabled athletes by sending them to the Special Olympic Games.
Owing to his dedication to work for the development of a better society, he received the prestigious "In the Spirit of Service Award" from the Arthritis Foundation of NENY, in March 2009. This foundation is dedicated for the people who are suffering from arthritis. He is also appreciated for teaching mortgage business to people. Dave Silipigno is a successful businessman based in Saratoga County, New York. He achieved huge success as a business professional. He ventured into business at the age of 19 and had about 600 employees working for him.
National Financial Corporation (NFC) was his first business venture. It created many employment opportunities for the Saratoga's youth. He was the founder and/or consultant of five business areas which are First Guarantee Mortgage, Saratoga Venture Capital, The Principal Commercial, Industry Partners Title and Saratoga Studios. In May 1, 2009, Dave Silipigno also ventured into film production as an executive producer and produced his first movie "The Skeptic".The movie was written and directed by Tennyson Bardwell.
